The main reason for our expansion is demand: Newport News, Tidewater and Virginia itself are becoming more popular every year; the number of people over 60 is growing every year. New area residents have been looking for the larger residences, improved amenities, and great service and care that Warwick Forest is known for. That’s why we’re expanding the community! The first new families will move in 2008. We know that our spirited residents are what make our community so special – they’re happy to make the community more vibrant while still being a small group of familiar faces.
