Our LifeCare is designed to ensure you live a full and fulfilling life without the anxiety of dealing with health care expenses. Warwick Forest’s LifeCare plan is financial protection for your assets and a sound investment in your future.
Our LifeCare plan is unique in that residents can choose from a variety of entrance fee investment options:
- Standard Entrance Fee: Tax deductions, lowest initial investment. Amortizes over fifty months
- 90% or 50% Refundable Entrance Fees: Tax deductions, higher initial investment, refund is guaranteed.
- Choice 1 or 2: Choose a lower Entrance Fee or Monthly Fee (applies only to Standard Plan).
- Residence and Services: Choose to save on your Entrance Fee by self-insuring or use your long-term care insurance policy.
There are now 12 unique floor plans offered at Warwick Forest, some of which can be combined to make even larger residences:
- 4 Nottingham Apartments (Existing)
- 4 Cottages (Existing)
- 4 Stratford and Manchester Apartments (Expansion)
