Warwick Forest’s LifeCare plan is financial protection for your assets and a sound investment: Market rate expenses for long-term health care services in Virginia are roughly $180 per day, or $65,000 annually, while our LifeCare rate is about $65 per day, or $24,000 annually.
Our LifeCare plan is unique in that residents can choose from a variety of entrance fee investment options:
- Standard Entrance Fee: Tax deductions, lowest initial investment. Amortizes over four years
- 90% Refundable Entrance Fee: Tax deductions, higher initial investment, 90% refund guaranteed.
- Choice 1 or 2: Choose a lower Entrance Fee or Monthly Fee (applies only to Base Plan).
- Fee for Service: Choose to save on your Entrance Fee and self-insure or use your long-term care policy.
