At Warwick Forest, we understand the challenges of caring for someone experiencing memory loss, and we strive to make life comfortable and pleasant for these special residents. The Evergreen is a secure suite dedicated to providing specialized services and care to residents with mild to moderate levels of memory impairment due to dementia, including Alzheimer's.
Our specially trained staff enjoys a high staff to resident ratio that allows individualized care in a warm, residential setting. Evergreen residents enjoy creating new memories in the beautiful enclosed courtyard, during events and functions or during family styled dining. Residents, family and friends who are part of the larger Warwick Forest community visit Evergreen residents more frequently making them an important part of the whole community.
The following services and amenities are available:
- Three meals daily, including snacks and therapeutic diets
- Medication administration
- Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and recreational excursions
- Housekeeping
- Personal laundry, bed making, bed linen laundering and changing
- Basic cable TV and utilities (except telephone)
- 24-hour licensed nursing staff and emergency call system
- Stimulating intellectual and physical wellness and fitness programs to promote entertainment and activity
- Custom-designed recreation and creative arts opportunities to stimulate interests and independence
