F. Michael Martin, Senior Vice President
Mike has extensive experience in the operation and development of continuing care retirement communities, assisted living, nursing care facilities and community-based services for the older adult. He has held positions in operations and senior management for a number of leaders in aging services, including Riverside Health System since 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Old Dominion University and master’s degree in Long-Term Care Administration from the University of North Texas. He has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 1979.
As Senior Vice President, Mike oversees all continuing care retirement community development and operations and Riverside’s Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. He is taking a leadership role in advancing progressive services that will serve future generations of older adults.
Mike is a native Virginian, having been born and raised in Charlottesville, and has been a resident of Williamsburg since 1985. He and his wife Gwen proudly have three children and one grandchild.
